Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt
In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just incorporated
Fold in the chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and chopped hazelnuts
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown
Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
