This Cashew Butter Green Smoothie is a tasty and healthy way to start the day. This is a great quick and healthy breakfast or snack because it's full of spinach, fruits, and healthy fats from cashew butter.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions:
Put spinach, banana, cashew butter, almond milk, pineapple chunks, and mango chunks in a blender
Mix until it's creamy and smooth
After you add the chia seeds, blend for a few more seconds to make sure they are fully mixed in
Pour into glasses and serve right away
