Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped black olives
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions:
Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes
Transfer the boiled eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool and stop the cooking process
Once cooled, peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise
Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl
Mash the egg yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, chopped black olives, and chopped parsley
Mix until well combined
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves
Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving
