Ingredients:

- 5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions:
To make the marinade, put honey, garlic powder, soy sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and mix them together
Make sure the chicken chunks are well covered when you add them to the marinade
Put it in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight to make the flavor better
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Put chicken that has been marinated on skewers that have been soaked
Leave a little space between each piece
Once the grill is hot, put the skewers on it and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them over every now and then, until the chicken is cooked all the way through and has a nice char
Add chopped parsley or your favorite herbs on top while it's still hot
Grill these tasty chicken skewers with honey mustard and serve them with your favorite summer sides
