Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies



These oatmeal peanut butter chocolate chip cookies combine the rich flavors of peanut butter and chocolate with the wholesome goodness of oats. They are chewy, flavorful, and perfect for satisfying your cookie cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, and salt

Set aside

In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined

Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined

Fold in the chocolate chips

Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden

Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
