Keto Collagen Fudge Brownies



Enjoy these tasty keto collagen fudge brownies without feeling bad about it! These brownies taste great and are low in carbs and calories. They are full of protein from collagen powder and almond flour.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • 2 scoops unflavored collagen powder
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking pan with parchment paper

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, collagen powder, baking powder, and salt

Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients

Mix until well combined

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares
