Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Mix butter and 1 1/2 cups of white sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth
Add the eggs one at a time while beating
Mix the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt in a different bowl using a whisk
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the mixture that has been creamed
Put 3 tablespoons of white sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and mix them together
Roll the dough into balls about an inch across and coat them in the cinnamon-sugar mix
Put the covered balls on baking sheets that haven't been greased
For 8 to 10 minutes, or until just barely golden
Keep cool on wire racks
Enjoy the sweet treat with cinnamon!
