Pork-Stuffed Baked Potatoes



A delightful twist on traditional baked potatoes, these pork-stuffed delights are a savory and satisfying meal. The combination of seasoned ground pork, creamy Greek yogurt, and melted cheddar cheese creates a flavor-packed filling that elevates the humble baked potato to a whole new level.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C

Clean the potatoes and use a fork to make holes in them

Add salt and olive oil to the area

For 45 to 60 minutes, or until soft, bake the potatoes right on the oven rack

Cook the ground pork in a pan until it turns brown

Get rid of extra fat

Make a hole in each baked potato and use a fork to fluff up the inside

You can put the cooked pork, Greek yogurt, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl and mix them together

Fill each potato with the pork mix

Put the stuffed potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes more, or until the cheese melts and starts to bubble

Add pepper and salt to taste

Serve hot, and if you want, top with extra green onions
