A green smoothie that is great for you because it is full of healthy things like kiwis, berries, and spinach.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe kiwis
- 1 cup mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions:
Peel and chop the kiwis and banana
Combine kiwis, mixed berries, banana, spinach, coconut water, and pineapple juice in a blender
Blend until smooth
Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until well combined
Pour into glasses and serve immediately
